Martos is a lovely town, a mixture of old and new. There are several English speaking people who live there and close by.

Yes it is form 210 and the amount you pay will be 1.1% of the Catastral Value of your house, then 24.75% of that figure. It is normally paid Nov/Dec time, you shouldn't have to pay this year but will...

We live near Martos, moved here in April '07. There are several Brits in Martos and the surrounding areas.
