Coming from a mother who had to do pay £3000 legal fees plus did most of the documentation for the lawyer myself I can agree with dingbat. I did all this before even appling to CHC...

CHC told us they would not issue work permit because it was a perm job offer (hrdc validated) and the hrdc file number was not the one they wanted! We went to CHC in person with all the relevent...

I am confused - you mention validation is needed for work permit but we have a validation and can not get work permits! Your input would be a help.
