bonus is most likely guaranteed , end of service- yes they are providing that as well 1.5 times of the basic ...british n american school fees ranges from 50-60k QR...

thanks buddy, 40k is the basic..it doesnt include the housing 12k, car allowance3k, schooling is 25k per child, bonus is 4 months , furniture allowance is 80k, business class flights, basic holidays...
