You don't understand, as we didn't expect to pay the full 6 months rent, plus near a thousand pounds in deposit plus the application NON refundable fee, we HAVE no furniture budget, we'll be sleeping...

Thing is we have NO credit score having just arrived... In fact only my Hunny is there right now. There are only 4 lettings in the town we're going to, no vehicle means we're limited to location...

I hadn't thought to ask about a guarantor... I will do that! Even if we hand over a month or two rent to them as a security, it'll still leave us money to buy furniture so that our dog's travel...

Near Montreal, yes... And we'll be joining him in a few weeks. I can't wait to see him all the way to the spring! He left Oct 5, started new job today, December 8th. Two months... Not too shabby....
