Thank you Quoll, great advice!! Money wise I think we should be ok the o/h has a decent wage with good benefits and we are looking at this long term and are coming out with a good amount of money...

Thanks guys much appreciated and you were right we were told not to live in Deer Park but don't know why??? We are looking at paying around £400 per week but no more than £500 as we will be looking...
