Leave US on US passport. Enter UK on UK passport. Leave UK on US passport. Enter US on US passport.


But if you're entering the UK on UK passport, shouldn't you leave the UK on the UK passport? ...

We sent the I-130 2 weeks ago on 13th August, after one week the money was charged to our credit card. Should we have received a letter from them? NOA-1 or NOA-2? How long can it take?

I've sent off the I-130 petition for my British husband's Green Card. I'm leaving for the US in 3 weeks, and don't know if I'll have received a receipt for the petition, but I've seen this on here...

That's what I've always done, but the last couple times I flew, the immigration guy hassled me on arrival in NY from the UK, because I was showing him my US passport, but on his computer, his records...
