You don't need fingerprints if you reside in the U.K., just get your police clearance from the U.K. any other clearances if you've lived in another country for six months or more.

Well, that was a cheap notary for £50.00! The notary I called wanted £ 180.00 for 10 pages, when I had the same done by a solicitor off the street for £10.00.
