i am a computer engineer and i was using a broadband connection lines,it is all related to instability of the system,some got quota filled and some could apply agfter this message

it is a drunk system ,we r speaking about server that is not stable,i even tried after 11 NZT and it said quota has been filled

unfortunately we have nothing to do other than shouting loudly

as i said mr woodhouse refuse to respond though i submitted all the proofs,and i am a computer engineer ,so it was a professional...

Authorities have delayed it to make improvements to make our experience with it better ,and they have claimed that they have changed the system

BUT nothing has been improved it becomes WORSE
...

yes i know mr woodhouse and he replied me the last year for my complaint,and as i said i submitted ALL the documents and proofs that shows that it was their mistake not...

the previous year i made a complaint and i submitted all the proofs that there error was from there side and their system was violatging privacy
but mr woodhouse refused to make an investigation and...

i ahave already sent a complaint to diffrent mails as provided in pls support thread
but till now no reply
