Re: Unusual Contact regarding Spousal Sponsor PR application?

Nothing of value came from the conversation, which was short. Hence, why I have contacted CIC and won't be doing anything until they either confirm or deny the contact.

I'm not overly concerned,...

Re: Unusual Contact regarding Spousal Sponsor PR application?

I'm not down, fortunately, just a bit bemused.

I've sent off a case specific email to the CIC and I'll await their final word on it.

I'm well within the timescale I expected anyways so I'm not...

I am currently living in the north of Ireland.

No idea what may have 'triggered' this as my application is rather unremarkable.

I have sent off a case specific enquiry and I won't be doing...

I haven't received an email from CIC address yet.

Waiting on official correspondence.

Re: Unusual Contact regarding Spousal Sponsor PR application?

Its a mobile number and nothing has come up on a search.

I'm wary of engaging with people in such a way, particularly wary of doing it without trying to establish who they are first.

Please don't apologise!

Yourself, Siouxie and others do great work here and are remarkably unselfish with your time and knowledge.

Re: Moving to Canada from Ireland

You've nothing to apologise for, that's for certain.

Don't be deterred, there are plenty of great people that post regularly here and are quite selfless with their time.
