for the defacto visa, does the sponsor need to provide his bank statements or his payslips with the application to prove that he can support his partner?

GOT MY VISA TODAY!!!!! that too without the no furthur stay restriction!!!! no 3 year ban.. no overstay issue... i am at the top of the world!!! :)

but i was just wondering, isnt the 3 year ban for only for ppl who overstay for more than 28 days...
