Default documents after labour certification

Hi,

I got my labour certification last year and got my work card. Now, I received a letter from INS a few weeks ago that my work card requires a 4 year degree. ( i have a 2 year degree). Now what are my options? will my certification and work card be cancelled?
can i change my category at this stage?

thanks

What do you mean by "work card"? What is your status? What is it that you are
trying to get?
