Thanks for this. I live in Scotland BTW. I will try and see if I cab get the memorandum of conviction. If you happen to know where to look for Scotland, I would be grateful if you can let me know....

I do have a spent conviction due to the situation explained above (i.e. "I was taken into court 2 years ago here in the UK...
