Yes, completely agree.

I think the starting point is getting as much info as possible to see if we even want to move to US.

IF we do, then area selection to be narrowed down, business or work...

It's interesting that so many seem to be into property as a hobby. I know some people here who are property developers/investors, but not a large number.

Phew, one year did sound rather harsh in terms of trying to prove a business!

I should also say, I made a mistake , it's not 70-90k in dollars, but pounds, so... about $140k at the top end. Can...

I'm aware that travelling and living somewhere are entirely different. Still, the feeling is there...
