I met my ex wife in a Pub near Covent Garden, and my then House mate met his still wife in a Pub next to Ealing station. I can't remember the names - 20 years ago! I am hardly a Lad!

It appears to already be done. General USA participants have been around a while, whilst the immigration section is still figuring out how to get here!

NRA means Non Resident Alien right? Meaning you have work visas, not green cards?
And you are considering abandoning them...

It actually was awesome because the interviewer had called me on my cellphone to come back, because she forgot to ask me the English test questions , so I killed two birds with one stone so to speak....

Different situation but in my citizenship interview I was asked for the divorce decree. I did not have it but was able to go home get it and return same day. Problem solved.

I just saw this after replying to your other thread, and will add that working in USA is allowed only after the CR1 is granted. You cannot work in USA whist visiting in the meantime on ESTA

I agree with the others. As long anyone can honestly apply/receive an ESTA there is no issue. However an ESTA holder may be denied at entry for almost any reason.

I never had a Lloyds current or saving account but I have a credit card with a 5 pound positive balance that I receive quarterly correspondence on. Barclays shut me down years ago!
