Do you have to pay for a place at all high schools in Australia?

When we lived in WA, the local high school had an annual fee of approx AUD4500. Is this a typcial charge?

Not really, I'm just trying to understand how it all works. As I investigate things more for my parents, I've realized that the chance of them being able to live in Australia is close to zero anyway...

My daughters are still young - only 12 and 5 years old. We want to do what we can to give our girls the best opportunities we can so they have more chance of doing what they want to in their futures....

I did report it, several times. The teacher advised that her class included several girls who were emotionally immature and she was having issues with this before our daughter started. She got one...
