Amadeus, I am sorry that you had to wait so long to get an interview. 33 months is just reasonable. Makes some of our security check wait sound like a walk in the park.

You dont have to pay the ROFL until you case is almost finalized. Thats why i waited and did not send it with the medicals cause i wanted to see how far down the road that will be plus like you said...

The new IMM-5475 has a option at the bottom for SPOUCE/COMMON LAW to sign. Can i just have her sign there or will i need to do a whole new IMM-5475 for her?

EmmyUK, yes it could. They are running the name checks on immigrant and non-immigrant visa's now.

Not really, My AOS interview was completed and was successful as per the officer. The interview was a few months after the actualy security check was initiated.

A security check is initiated when you get your fingerprints done after you file your AOS paperwork.
