I think we may have screwed up. I was under the impression that to get AOS approved we had to complete the form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative (https://www.uscis.gov/i-130), which we did in order...

She has been in the US for 5 months now. No she didn't overstay. We applied just before the 90 days ESTA expiry.

Pulaski, It's a trading stoke and CFD trading is not allowed in the US as much as I know. The business is a limited IT consultancy which I have no problem closing down before March.

Hi Rene, everything else apart from the two school certificates and Baptism certificate is in English and ironically I was not asked to provide them. The official at the embassy asked why I got birth...
