I have already considered the fees, looking at about $36k CDN... sounds like a lot but its actually about the same as studying in the UK, just hope the CDN dollar stays weak until I transfer my funds...

Then that must mean the current IEC agreements between countries is also immoral... why should 'nice, white etc. etc.' people as you put it have preferential treatment to experience life in another...

something to consider for a car depending on how often you will need to use one is Zipcar / Car2Go. Purchasing / leasing / insuring / running a car in canada is expensive so unless you need it...

Most of these healthcare plans are for emergencies only, that is what is required. As for non emergency health care, I'm not sure how BC medical works. I have just applied for mine as I am now...
