We own 3 houses in US currently on rent.You can take cash out from your current Australian mortgage and pay off UK mortgage.AUD is weak currency with poor exchange rates.

We had to transfer AUD$20787 from my Australian Bank account to my US Bank account. I heard Ozforex/tranzferz not providing services to US customers.

Canadian passport holder rarely require visa H1B stamping or TN visa stamping or ESTA therefore very less chance of administrative processing.

British passport is on sale if somebody have TierOne,TierTwo or HSMP. Within last 5-6 years lot of Doctors received British Passport through TierOne/TierTwo (which they have closed ultimately).

The problem starts only if you need to attend a Hospital or Emergency Care. If you need regular doctor visit like GP or physician you may search GP/physician who offer their own community membership...
