Applied for 175 skilled visa November 09 to diac, rejected on the 8th Feb due to wrong skills assessment, 8th of Feb lost 10 points under new rules. Re applied for 176 on the 18th of Feb to WA for SS...

Me too got my SS from WA on Tuesday and got approval on my 176 from Adelaide today. My agent rekons that must be a record.

I did have some special circumstances though and i had an awsome case...

Hi there, I'm in the same boat, we applied on the 18th of Feb 10 for SS to WA and have also heard nothing. Spoke with my agent and he said we've just got to be patient which is easier said than done....

I used a very helpful guy called Sammy Naghi who is an aussie Solicitor. London based and very clued up works for Taylor Hampton Solicitors, registered Migration Agent as well. Not sure...
