If there is any expat families who is relocating out of Singapore and recommends their maid for transfer, you can consider taking over their maid.

Wouldn't it be troublesome if you had to travel quite a distance just to reach your home? I can't imagine taking a ferry to and from work everyday(if you intend to stay in Batam that is)
