Medical Insurance & CPF
Any suggestions on better companies to deal with?
What is the process for registering? like NHS or medicare?
Any points of CPF ?

You could go with one of the local insurer's shield plans for health insurance coverage. They will cover hospitalization costs for 100% if you get the shield plan + rider.
CPF accounts are mainly Ordinary , Special and Medisave. Ordinary can be used for housing/education in local schools. Special for Investments and Medisave is for health expenses or for purchasing health insurance from local insurers.
CPF is a good savings scheme if you are a Singapore or PR as there will be % accumulated for the money inside. Also, since your wife is a Singaporean, she can purchase local health shield plans with her CPF, and for you too.

Many different views on CPF.
Different rates of interest from 2.5% to 4% depending on which part you have money.
A lot depends on age as to whether you believe it worthwhile.
Needs careful thought.
We use it and compared to bank accounts in Singapore the interest rate is very good.
