I sent it to the CIO in Syndey NS. I was in born the UK, not sure why you are asking :)

I did find the CEC class under out of Canada, but it still cant find my application.

I am reporting this on my Canadian taxes. But my profit on closing the sale (some time middle of July, as is its not closed yet) would be less than $100k, why should I still have to submit this?

Technically the house has not sold just yet, we are still in the process. So I can either fill now or wait for it to be sold sold, which could take 2 more months.
