Aurora is a great town, lots of ways to drive to Vaughan and should easily be able to keep it to under 40 minutes....

Property and taxes are expensive though but sounds like you are already moving...

I have in Canada:
Bank accounts
Property (owned and rented out)
PR Status

I have in UK...
