ok update folks item has got there but waiting time has been a joke 1 day to get to NYC then 3 weeks to travel another 100 miles!!

crazy and also the tracking says attempted delivery but noone was...

yes geoff i think that now when the difference isnt that much i didnt know that royal mail signed for is so bad whats the point if they only track to heathrow?! useless then USPS deny knowledge it...

the address was printed on the envelope so dont feel the documentation could have been anymore clear tbh

has defo left the UK royal mail said left the UK to nyc on 13th so it stuck in nyc since then

i googled "USPS origin post is preparing shipment" apparently this status is very common for things...

hi

was sent using royal mail international signed for essential they send it to the US then USPS takes over.

it gets to nyc in 1 day then stuck for 2 weeks?!

i rang them but sadly useless...

hi all

had a package trying to get to philly from the UK (document) no goods. It gets to nyc in 1 day then has been stuck in nyc for 2 weeks.

the tracking says origin post is preparing shipment...
