I'm not sure what you mean - I was planning on submitting my application under CEC but folk in this thread are talking about submitting as FSW - I'm not sure what FSW2 is?

My course had limited paeds and maternity, but at least Id done my general as well as mental health, so I sat the RPN exam with no retraining and I didn't have to do any competency exams.

Hi Coleen, I'm an RMN and RGN and have just got the go ahead to register in Ontario after nearly 2 years. I was advised to apply to be an RPN as I trained so long ago both my nursing qualifications...

I've dug out my last letter from the CNO dated May 2013 and it says I've met the immigration requirements with my work permit, so clearly something has gone wrong...

My work permit says nothing at all about working in health care - it only mentions working in the sex I dusty as the only exclusion. I got my work permit as my husband has a student visa.

Caleo - I think the one useful thing the CNO have done for me was advising me to go for RPN - otherwise Id be in the position you're in now

Deeny - sounds familiar! I've just sat the RPN exam, despite having been a nurse manager in the past (and more recently a staff nurse) with an RMN, RGN, Community mental health degree and a masters...
