THOUGHTS ON PIARA WATERS AND SURROUNDS

Hi
I'm already in Queensland and moving to WA. Anyone living around Piara Waters or surrounds? Thoughts on a good, quiet area. Schools are not a drawcard as we are empty nesters.

Little Mountain would be in this price range for a rental. Schools look at Meridan High and Caloundra High too.

My son starts at Chancellor next week as due to exams he couldn't go straight away. My other 2 kids left school a fair while ago and joined the work force.
