Yeah, we would like there, but I think we will end up Eglinton/Allen. Do both tennants have to be present when signing a lease in Canada? I don't get there till the 12th Sept but we want an apartment...

Looked on Kijiji a bit yeah, looking for the Yonge/Eglinton area. I'll contact some real estates now, one I contacted said I need to fill out some application form. Is this the norm?

Yeah I've looked around on google maps a bit, as long as it is in walking distance to a grocery store and gym and good transportation I'm happy with that. As long as the area is safe to walk at night...
