I understand what you are saying, but even in the UK private healthcare doesn't cover GP visits, but then we have the NHS. ASL is their equivalent to that I think and as an Italian tax...

Yes, I would say pool use is pleasant from April-Oct/early Nov, depending on whether it is heated or not obviously.
The floods last year were in Oct, but Nov is probably the storm season...

To be honest, the private health care here is amazing and incredibly cheap, so we have done everything with private healthcare so far.

I have to become resident as I paid 4% IVA on the house build and most of the materials used, if not I will have to pay the difference between 4% and 22%.

We live in Italy and have a UK registered car, but it is taxed, insured and MOT'ed legally in the UK.
