Slight mix up

Just had a letter from the Immigrant Visa Branch of the London Embassy asking for me to complete forms DS156,1567 and 156k prior to my interview on Monday.

Well it has been just over 4 weeks since my medical clearance was received at the London Embassy and I still have not received an interview letter. I sent in my DS 230, DS-2001 and covering letter...

Unfortunately she did not apply for an extension :( The documents she needs are now on there way from America and then she can file. Does anyone know if she can file with the IRS in London?

I believe that here in the UK when you divorce you submit your marriage certificate as part of the divorce process, hence you won't have one, only your Decree Absolute.

Update - London filing.

Letter of I-130 approval received today :D Not bad turnaround as they received our RFE package 08/15/12.

We sent USC's affidavit relating to how we met and the timeline...
