Application for 13quota is different now, unlike before that you need to pay under the table even if you are not qualified. BI will evaluate the application and if not sufficient you get denied....

SRRV you need to invest your money here in the Philippines. If not your no longer a member. In 13quota they just need a Bank Certificate and Certificate of Inward Remittance. You can withdraw your...

get a 13Quota Visa instead of SRRV if you have $50,000.00 in the bank. Just a Certificate of Inward Remittance and you can withdraw that money you dont need to locked it up

When they get here in PI much better that you will apply them a Recognition as Filipino Citizen or Dual Citizenship.
