Has anyone been sent a request for a Schedule 4A which is a business nominees form, even though you're not a business nominee.??

I can't even register for ECAS... The only update that I can get is from logging in to My CIC :-( Although, my application only went in on August 11.

Yeah, sorry, I think I might not have made myself clear..

We are activating our first IEC on 17th March... this means that it will expire on 17th March 2015.

If our second IEC is dated 10th...

You can't lose a couple of weeks - the will not issue a new work permit until your first one expires.

They make that quite clear in the FAQ's - so if your second IEC is issued on 1st March this...

I'd just submit as late a possible, so long as they have your application before your conditional acceptance runs out it should be fine.

Thanks for such a quick reply!!

What we are doing to avoid our 2014 visa being issued before the 17th March, which is when we activate our 1st IEC is holding off submitting our MyCIC...
