I'd have chosen the one in the countryside if i were to spend £150k (which i'm not, i'm going to rent, but would like something similar!).

I'd think it will be pretty hard to get 1000Euro a month just from online marketing unless you already have a well established site/business, go blackhat, or get lucky. Speaking from real experience...

re. lanzarote in february... we have recently come back from Lanzarote, spent 2 weeks there in January. The weather was perfect! I was in t-shirt and shorts every day. I can imagine it feeling cooler...

haha i don't think it's -3degC there though? I'm pretty tough when it comes to cold weather, i hate wearing coats - all that you need to do is make sure you walk fast to keep warm ;). -3 in a t-shirt...
