Try Registering with a company called localphone.com, add credit with them and they give you a local number to call wherever you are,...

I used Conceptaustralia. I'm a Sparky but dont think it mattered, i think they deal with all trades. I've just been granted my Skilled Visa. I'm from Birmingham and done everything by phone or email....
