Hi, is there any way of applying for an ARTC while still in the UK?
My partner is a aussie citizen but UK qualified, we`re heading out to Perth in Dec and abit worried that hes gonna be sitting...

Well, we didnt expect to hear so soon, so kinda budgeted handing in notice, renting out house and moving out there in Jan 14, but the arrival date has fallen short a month so were just weighing up...

Ive been given an initial entry date of Dec 7th for my De Facto visa. Our plan was to fly out around the 1st Dec.
However been thinking that maybe December is not ideal as we would be looking for...

Hi, Im getting my photos etc certified this week by a solicitor. Do i need a form for them to sign to prove who they are? Otherwise how do DIAC know that they are who they are?? :huh:

No, he just holds an Australian passport, so I wondered if that may make him eligible as a NZ citizen too. We were not too sure whether to tick yes or no for this question.

How do you know if you are an eligible NZ citizen? My fella is Australian born with an Australian passport but lives in the U.K. Does that mean he is an eligible NZ citizen?
