Hello Donna, we are in a similar position although not had formal job offer yet so you are a good few steps ahead.

I don't think you will have a problem getting UK employers to recognise a US...

IF (and it's a big 'if') all goes to plan, then we will be relocating to California on an 01 visa.

Everything is still a little uncertain regarding timescales but we have twin daughters aged 16...
