He is referring to a different part of the application. After you have your reference number and created a log in you fill out more information on your CIC account including your passport number etc...

No comment. Our application has taken this long because of this. My point being the refusal was very recent I need advice going forward.

I thought the minimum age has not yet been dropped? I'm sure someone will come along and clarify but aslong as you get the application back in while he is 22 you should be ok?
