Re: Random stuff - the anything else thread

Last Thanksgiving I got a turkey from a local farm - delicious. Then at the weekend after I was going to make a turkey, leek and ham pie to take to a friends house. I didn't want to use the ultra...

Re: BBC iplayer version 2

That bugs me too :(. What I have seen in this version is there is a pink bar across the bottom of the picture if you have watched the program. But if you click back into the program, maybe by...

Re: BBC iplayer version 2

Thanks for all the replies - I did uninstall the previous version and as I was in the UK at the time, I didn't need any VPN or IP spoofing. I even uninstalled old version, rebooted, run ccleaner,...

Re: What gig are you going to?

a few weeks ago we went to New York for a few days - managed to get tickets on the spur of the moment. First night was Ringo Starr and his all stars band - great fun. Then 3rd night, saw King Crimson...

Re: What gig are you going to?

No - and I found out afterwards that Nik Turner isn't supposed to use the name Hawkwind! I think if Stacia has let herself go as much as Nik has, it wouldn't be a pretty sight if she got up and did...

Re: What gig are you going to?

So slightly changing the subject of Pulse etc, I went to see Nik Turners Hawkwind the other day - found out he was playing by accident. Very bizarre and a great trip down memory lane. Although he...

Re: Random stuff - the anything else thread

It was a beautiful sunny weekend - went to the Grape Festival in Naples, NY. Only downside is this modern plastic splint I have on my arm makes my arm feel like it is in a sauna - really...

Re: Random stuff - the anything else thread

Re: Very confused by streaming options

I don't know if any of you wonderful folks know the answer to this: why is it that I can see on Wikipedia or IMDB that a show has screened 10 episodes on TNT and if I still had DISH, I would have...

Re: Vitamin B12
