I have been granted Work and Reside status in Barbados. I'm British and my husband is Bajan. Does anyone know if I now qualify for free health care, the same as if I were a local, once I get my ID...

I had the letter from immigration saying I had been granted Work and Reside status 7 months after I applied and was told to "not expect this any time soon - it will take a few years". Nice surprise....
