even tho the average wage is 20-25k a year in spain, i only take home 16 and change. €1365 a month after all the deductions. and i work on public...

we shop mainly in Lidl, but we´ve started to go to carrefour now.. we´ve got all of them right next door and they all have massive parking areas, so its a choice - we are not forced to.

So ive been following the "increase" in our wages.

i know it wont affect many people here, but there are some "employees" on the minimum wage here apart from me, i thought it would be interesting....

if you are moving here its always better to replace with a left hand drive car. theres arguments for and against, and you´ll get all sorts of answers... it´ll cost thousands of euros to put on...

thankyou for the reply - Sorry Lynn, do you mean that the ibi on the property is different if you are a resident or not?

so we are paying 1.1% of 19% of the catastral value of our property?

this - we have done this many times - an exterior breaker box that holds 3 or 3 breakers screwed to the wall, 2 sockets on the bus bar. Its literally used for running flood lights and power tools.

not true. i´ve only ever installed accross the floor. probably 20 or 30 houses that ive worked on. all different sizes.
