For me it is very individual and miss my family a huge amount!
I am also not a big shopper and that does seem to be the national pasttime here for women especially - although the guys do their fair...

Nice one Yvonne, I have been here a couple of months now and whilst I am finding it a bit hard to deal with that is a very individual thing and I am still pleased I came!

I stayed at the Luthan for over a week and was not required to provide a blood test and did use the pool!

Sounds strange but then so are a lot of things here! I did have to wear a stupid swim hat...

Luthan Hotel & Spa has an indoor pool - not large but you can swim laps (ish) nice steam rooms and jacuzzi as well.

THis is a ladies only hotel & Spa and I think you can use the facilities without...

Life isn't that bad and like most things it is what you make it! Also most come for a fair amount of time as they like the money! All up's have down's...

Very valid point, however, if the contract is only for 6 months anyway then tax man will want his slice regardless of time of year! Another point to keep in mind.
