The ny times "tapes" is basically a "off the record" conversation trump had with the newspaper where he arguably softens his stance on immigration. Trump denies it but this issue has been picked up...

Most urban freeways, out west, have a 65 speed limit. I usually goes, in any lane, at 73-75 MPH, if traffic allows me. At this speed, very few people go faster than me therefore few want to pass me....

With respect in driving on which freeway lane, the road signs state 'Slower traffic keep right' but I would bet that no cop is going to fine you if you stay in the extreme...
