yes, thats seems to be the next reasonable step. out west here though its probably 95% mexican immigration though :D (meaning not many cases of a natural born US citizen trying to help his foreign...

i have been there many times. but living there is impractical.

well i guess we cross that bridge when we come to it. just wondering if that clause might work for the B2.

which makes me nervous to reapply for the esta....could just leave it, since it was filled out before any vsia applications. it seems that might be less risker then getting a denied esta and not...

ya for her we are already processing her citizenship and passport, its just the mother that is posing difficult. seems odd to me that no allowance would be made for this unless youre actually...

i found somewhere else saying that if you tell esta you were refused a b2 visa it will automatically disqualify you....!!

ah right would *that* = here 90 days, fly back some weeks, again come 90 days, etc. i mean...they would be able to see you have an immigrant visa in the process and be a inclined to let you, or get...

i logged into the portal for the former apply but there is nowhere to update that stuff, only address, phone, flight numbers. hmmm...

ya, thats why i wonder if its possible to take trip out ever 90 days. like go to central america for a couple weeks.

i also heard there is no huge penalty for up to 180+90 days, can still apply...

lol ya, thats the thing, were not ready to jump into that, just want to try living together in the states for a year, but it seems america is still so conservative they dont have many options for...
