I don't know if all the provinces do this but in BC drivers licences have to be renewed every five years. The date of issue is no indication of how long you hae been driving.

We brought our dog as excess baggage with Air Transat, we landed at Vancouver. Our dog was waiting for us at the oversize luggage area before our bags came out!

long shot but is it possible to have a notarized copy of your birth certificate emailed by a uk solicitor directly to the passport office?

That was Nov 2004. Got max points for English as it was set up at the time. I just ticked the appropriate box. Although it did refer to the test no test score was asked for.

I enclosed a letter in our skilled worker application explaining that we were born and had lived all our lives in the UK. We only spoke English, it was our "native language."
We did not sit any test...
