Hi,
we were told to send our passports to ottawa by buffalo as we lived in canada.
I fully recommend sending them by expresspost,you have a tracking number and fast delivery.
i wouldnt send them...

lucky you..i called careline last night and they said,my passports are going into printing in a day or 2,then have to be quality checked,then dispatched,so he said expect it within 7 days.

Ok quick update...
Got through to careline really quick.spoke to a really lovely girl called Gemma,she was so helpful,better than the previous girlwho sounded like she was reading from a script....
