We have been very lucky as the spousal route has taken 3.5 months for us from complete file arriving in Canada to receipt of COPR. London was so fast that they responded they received husband's file...

We used the doctor in Knightsbridge. Quick & efficient. Get the canadian size pictures from passport photographer - bond street was used.
