Yes, We are looking at either Brea or Fullerton at the moment, the dealer is located in Brea and apparently my potential new boss knows the owner so it may work out ok. I'll hold off contacting him...

We are all still in the UK, I know that once the h1b i129 form is approved then we all go to the consulate to get the visa's.

I'm just not 100% clear on if my employer needs to mention dependents...

6 years! She will go nuts! We have two kids (aged 7 & 3) and my wife hasn't worked for 8 years but she was really looking forward to working again when our youngest went...

Getting my info verified by a Doctorate sounds a bit scary, whilst my qualification is specialised and takes time to obtain I wouldn't consider that it is a degree equivalent. My prospective...

Thanks for that. It might be possible then, I have 4 previous employers and I have a very good relationship with all of them so a good employment reference history will be easily obtained. ...

Thanks for your replies. I noticed online that you can pay a premium processing fee. Does that guarauntee you a decision (approval/denial) in 15 days? Or is there more to it than that?

Hi all, first post here.

I have a potential job offer in the US and I think that I would qualify for an H1B (no degree but 12 years work experience and vocational qualifications).

Am I too late...
