Help with I-129 form - Dependents
My employer and I are working together to prepare the I-129 petition for the H1B visa. I have a question regarding 'Part 4 - processing information'
Question 5 asks 'Are applications for dependents being filed with this petition?'
My family will be coming with me if approved but I find this question a bit misleading, do I need to declare them on the form?
Or should I say none and apply for H4 through the consulate seperatley with the I797?

We are all still in the UK, I know that once the h1b i129 form is approved then we all go to the consulate to get the visa's.
I'm just not 100% clear on if my employer needs to mention dependents on the I129 petition. I don't think they do but just wanted confirmation if anybody knew.
