Thanks guys, I was led to believe by the happy customs guy that I should have completed this form before arriving at the border and now I am wasting his time...but now I know it's a load of BS...lol...

It's a shame, should not have bothered with insurance and just payed my own damages, would have been cheaper. I will make sure to send the head honcho a link to some of these happy threads....lol

Bad times, all looked good when they packed. One box completely lost, one bicycle suspension fork crushed. Lots of the items were damp when I opened them.

The one box they lost was a specialist...
