Hi there,
Did you get the passport yet? I got through to a UK number on Thursday, mine isn't even entered into the system yet.

Thanks all.....you were very helpful. I will just send the passport (expired last month) and photos with a counter signature. My trip to Mexico is looking like it might become a reality. :thumbup:
